The Terms and Conditions related to Competitions and general participations including surveys and questionnaires run on GBN include, but are not limited to:

  1. The voucher/prize may not be exchanged for cash. Any differential between the final bill, should the bill be of lesser value than the voucher, will not be paid to the Voucher Holder in Cash. Any value over the voucher value will be payable and is the responsibility of the voucher holder.
  2. The voucher/prize may not be sold for cash or exchanged for goods with any other party.
  3.  The voucher/prize may only be redeemed and at one, and not multiple sittings at an establishment unless the competition specifically states otherwise.
  4. The voucher/prize may not be used to pay gratuities.
  5. Bookings are subject to standard availability of seating in any establishment.
  6. The voucher may only be redeemed by the official prize winner.
  7. The decision iro the awarding of the Voucher/prize is that of GBN and /or any of its representatives and decisions made are final and no discussions will be entered into.
  8. The voucher/prize holder is bound by any terms and conditions applied by the establishment on the Voucher/prize.
  9. These Terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
  10. Any disparaging or derogatory remarks may result in the offending member being removed and banned from the groups without discussion.
  11. GBN, it’s representatives and/or staff, as well as the Holding Company, Mzansi Kool (Pty) Ltd, will not be liable for any loss resulting from the use of this voucher/prize. 
  12. In providing your details when entering competitions via GBN , it’s holding company, or any company on behalf of whom GBN or it’s holding company Mzansi Kool(Pty) Ltd acts, you are agreeing to allow any newsletters or marketing information sent via GBN or it’s holding company, or any company on behalf of whom they act, to be sent to you.
  13. These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time without prior notice.
